Professor at the Complutense University, José Manuel Losada has been a researcher for more than ten years at the universities of La Sorbonne, Harvard, Oxford, Montreal, Durham and Sofia St. Kliment Ohridski. He has also taught at the universities of Navarra, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Montpellier, Münster, Munich, Valencia, Guadalajara (Mexico), Tunis and Iceland. He has given seminars and key-note lectures at some fifty European and American universities.
He has published twenty-five books of literary criticism in a dozen countries and two hundred articles in specialised journals. PI of “Acis, Grupo de Investigación de Mitocrítica”, Founder and Editor of “Amaltea, Revista de Mitocrítica”, President of “Asteria, Asociación Internacional de Mitocrítica”. José Manuel Losada has directed five national and regional research projects and is an expert advisor to various national and international evaluation agencies.
